These Mizuno Alpha shorts are a solid choice for running. The fabric feels lightweight and breathable, perfect for hot weather workouts. I ordered size M and the fit is comfortable without being too loose. The moisture-wicking material works well during intense sessions. For $31, they offer good value compared to other brands.
