These Mizuno trail shoes are solid performers for the price. The Gore-Tex waterproofing works well on wet trails, though I wish the toe box was slightly roomier. Traction is excellent on rocky terrain, and the midsole provides good cushioning for long runs. Sizing runs true to foot length. While not the cheapest option, the build quality and reliable grip make them worth the investment for serious trail runners.
