These Mizuno training shoes are solid performers for the price. The grey/orange colorway looks sharp and they’re quite comfortable during workouts. Build quality feels decent for casual training sessions, though not quite at premium levels. Sizing runs true to foot length which is appreciated. The flexible design works well for various exercises, making them versatile gym companions. While they won’t replace my dedicated running shoes, they’re great value for general fitness activities.
