These Mizuno Breath Thermo tights are fantastic for cold weather workouts. The thermal fabric actually keeps me warm without overheating during cardio. I’m 5’6″ and the M size fits perfectly – not too tight or loose. The purple/black color looks great and the material feels durable after several washes. While they’re pricier than basic tights, the quality and warmth make them worth it. Only minor complaint is the waistband could be slightly higher. Great for running or yoga sessions.
