These Mizuno Ghost Shadow handball shoes are solid performers! The blue/white color scheme looks great, and the fit is true to size. I’ve been using them for weekly training sessions and they provide excellent grip on the court. The cushioning is decent for the price point, though not the most plush I’ve tried. Perfect for anyone playing regularly – definitely good value for money. Will be wearing these for NBA games tomorrow night too!
